VORAGO Technologies' Radiation-Hardened VA41630 Microcontroller Earns Top Space-Grade Certification from DLA

Certification Confirms Radiation-Hardened Microcontroller’s Reliability for Aerospace, Defense, and Space Missions

VORAGO Technologies, a leader in radiation-hardened semiconductor solutions, today announced that its VA41630 radiation-hardened microcontroller has been certified to the Defense Logistics Agency’s Qualified Manufacturers List (QML)—the industry’s highest standard for space-grade electronics. This certification confirms the microcontroller can perform under the extreme radiation and temperature conditions faced by satellites, spacecraft, and defense systems.

After rigorous testing in extreme operating environments, the VA41630 microcontroller is now recognized as a trusted, flight-qualified solution for aerospace, defense, and space missions. As part of this certification, the Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) device has been added to the DLA Qualified Parts List (QPL) and formally assigned the part number 5962-R24203.

“The QML certification of our VA41630 microcontroller is a major achievement for VORAGO and our customers,” said Garry Nash, VORAGO Technologies COO. “This milestone gives aerospace and defense program managers the confidence that our technology will perform when it matters most, whether controlling a satellite in orbit or supporting deep space missions. It underscores the robustness of our technology and reinforces that VORAGO solutions are built for the most demanding environments.”

The addition of the VA41630 to the QPL strengthens VORAGO’s position as a trusted supplier of high-reliability, radiation-hardened components for government and commercial programs worldwide.
